I’ve ordered this about 3 weeks ago and it said it was delivered but it wasn’t delivered. i’ve contacted support and they had lack of a response with simple answers like “yes” “no”, how dose that help with my question? although they still responded within 24-48 hours, but i paid for shipping for estimated 15 days, I waited and waited and checked tracking and it said that my package wasn’t going though the air port and now it’s a week later it’s saying it’s delivered but it’s nowhere to be seen in my mail box or front porch.
